- To handle all Head Office Front Desk transactions in line with Company and Front Desk policies and procedures:
- To handle submission at the counter of all unit trust and non-unit
trust applications which includes sales, redemption, switching,
transfer, trust nominations, insurance, etc
- To handle the transactions at One Stop Centre counter such as
agency and training registrations, FiMM renewal, purchase of Premium
Items, etc
- To attend to customers’ (investors and agents) enquiries, requested
and complaints on timely basis, including updating in the Help Desk
system for escalation of referrals for further action / investigation,
if any,
- To attend to walk-in investors
- To maintain targeted Service Level at Front Desk
- To ensure accuracy in work at all times
- Assist leader in preparation of reports
- Handle assigned projects / tasks
